Forget blizzards in the American northeast, this 737 is making all-weather flights down to Antarctica. The flight pictured was simply a test, between Cape Town, South Africa, and Troll Airfield in Dronning Maud Land. It’s under consideration to replace regularly scheduled Hercules C-130 flights down to the real down under.
